Dr. Noradlin Yusof is a Principal Educational and Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Director with the Community Psychology Hub (CPH). With more than 15 years of experience working in the education, health and social service sectors, Noradlin joined CPH as she loves working with the community and is very much passionate in the helping field. She was a former Child Welfare Officer under the then Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), a primary school teacher, and Senior Specialist at the Psychological Services Branch of the Ministry of Education (MOE). She later joined KKH as a Senior Psychologist.

Noradlin is one of the team leads of the Early Intervention Services. As an approved supervisor under the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), she provides clinical supervision for CPH psychologists as well as supports the development of its capability development platform.

Noradlin holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as a Master's degree in Applied Psychology, specialising in Educational Psychology. She holds two bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Psychology.
