A portal by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to enable those in need to check their eligibility for different schemes, apply for assistance directly, and receive prompt updates on their application on a single platform. By Q2 2022, they can apply for the ComCare Short-to-Medium-Term Assistance (SMTA) via the SupportGoWhere portal. Go to webpage.

A website with various resources on mental health to help users assess their wellbeing and match them with forms of assistance if needed. 

This was developed by teams from the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT), the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).

Online Counselling on Family Assist

Monday to friday (excluding public holidays)

9am - 6pm

Online Counselling has moved to the Ministry of Social and Family Development’s (MSF) Family Assist portal and is known as Online Counselling on Family Assist (OCFA) with effect from 19 Feb 2024.

OCFA is an anonymous platform providing online counselling for individuals experiencing pre-marital, marital, parenting, divorce, and family-related issues. It is run by a team of qualified counsellors from the Strengthening Families Programme@Family Service Centres (FAM@FSCs), offering the service through live chats, audio and email counselling for Singapore Citizens (SCs) /Permanent Residents (PRs) /Non-Residents with Singapore Nexus (having at least one member of the family who is a SC or PR) who are at least 18 years old.
