Announcement - 1 September 2026

Over the past year, our agency has undertaken a strategic review to strengthen our role in supporting the social service sector. A key milestone arising from this process is the legal incorporation of Community Psychology Hub as Community Psychology Hub Ltd (CPH Ltd), a public Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG).  

As CPH Ltd, we are now a separate legal entity from SG Enable Ltd (SGE), which has graciously hosted and supported us for the last 11 years. We are immensely grateful to SGE for its partnership. 

Our commitment to you, our partners, and the social service sector remains the same. We continue to provide our services in the following broad areas: psychological services provisioning, capability building of psychologists and other professionals, technical assistance towards improving services, and supporting the sector in the attraction and pipeline building of talent.   

Given our beginnings in the disability sector, we remain committed to building on our contribution in this important space. Moving forward, CPH Ltd will be able to expand to support more non-disability areas of need in Singapore, including emotional and behavioural work with families, residential homes, protection services and youth services. We will do so by leveraging our deep expertise in the disability-behavioural sciences and mental health disciplines, and the increasingly important nexus between them. We look forward to re-imagined partnerships with our fellow professionals in the field, as we tackle these challenges.
