Mr Ray Chua currently holds the appointment of Principal Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Director with the Community Psychology Hub (CPH). He is a secondee from National Council of Social Services, as part of the Sunray Scheme. He leads a team of psychologists providing community mental health services to youths and vulnerable adults.

Following his passion to make a difference in the lives of people, Ray made a mid-career switch from Accountancy to Psychology. His previous experiences included working as an accountant, business development manager, financial controller, life skills lecturer, counselling and research manager and community mental health team lead. His clinical specialization is in gaming disorder and he has authored a book for parents on gaming disorder.

Ray holds a Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical) from the National University of Singapore. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology at James Cook University, Singapore. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. Ray is a registered psychologist and registered supervisor under the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
