The Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC) and Development Support Programmes (DSP) are our key focus areas. EIPIC is a programme that provides therapy and educational support services for infants and young children (below 6 years old) with special needs; DSP is intended for pre-school children with mild developmental needs.

We partner Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) providing EIPIC and DSP to ensure that the demand and quality of psychologists’ services in the sector are met. Working in a trans-disciplinary team with other professionals: teachers, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, music therapists, speech and language therapists, our psychologists provide evidence-based services such as assessments, behaviour management, therapy and psychoeducation for staff and caregivers. Carrying out home visits, ongoing development work and conducting programme evaluation to assess effectiveness of initiatives are other aspects of the work we do.
